Information we collect
When you book a ride or create an account with Aroma Taxi & Limousine Service, we collect your name, email address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off details, flight information and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card number.
How we use it
We use your information to provide and confirm rides, communicate with you about bookings, send receipts, improve our service and — only if you subscribe — send occasional offers.
Sharing
We share booking details only with the chauffeur assigned to your ride and with service providers that help us operate (payment processing, email delivery, calendar scheduling). We do not sell personal information.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us. This policy is designed to align with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
