Bookings
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from Aroma Taxi & Limousine Service. The person booking must be 18 or older.
Fares & payment
Fares are quoted in Canadian dollars before applicable taxes. Airport fares are flat by area and vehicle. Hourly bookings are subject to a minimum number of hours. Payment is taken online by card through Stripe unless otherwise agreed.
Waiting time
Airport pick-ups include complimentary waiting from the actual landing time; other pick-ups include 15 minutes. Additional waiting may be charged.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up are refunded in full. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full fare.
Conduct
Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Cleaning fees may apply for damage or excessive soiling.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control.
